The dataset contains 162 patients aged 18 years and older who were suspected of acute ischemic stroke. All patients underwent CT and MRI of the brain. The MRI studies were performed within 24 hours after CT studies. - The cases were classified into 2 groups and labeled as stroke (Stroke), 209 cases, and no stroke (No_stroke), 138 cases. - In the Stroke group, there were 152 cases of anterior circulation stroke and 57 cases of posterior circulation stroke - The neuroradiologist reviewed all images. - In the Stroke group, 130 cases (73 anterior circulation stroke and 57 posterior circulation stroke) were manually segmented by a neuroradiologist in a DWI sequence on MRI study.

"The Prostate MRI dataset was developed through a structured pipeline involving data extraction, cleansing/ verification, and annotation. Imaging data were retrospectively collected from the hospital’s PACS system. Initial steps included de-identification to ensure patient privacy, followed by image quality assessment to exclude non-diagnostic or corrupted scans.

Annotation was performed on a subset of studies by expert radiologists, including PI-RADS scoring and manual segmentation of prostate zonal anatomy, seminal vesicle, urinary bladder, and prostate lesions. Annotations adhered to international standards such as SNOMED-CT, RadLex, PI-RADS, and DICOM protocols.

The data are categorized by modality, imaging sequence (e.g., T2WI, DWI, ADC, DCE), and contain linked clinical metadata where applicable.

This curated dataset is optimized for clinical research, education, and AI model development (e.g., classification and segmentation) in prostate cancer diagnostics and treatment planning, as well as image quality or other purposes. "

This dataset contains 423 patients with the diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma at Ramathibodi Hospital during June 2015 and 2019. Each case has contrast-enhanced CT scan of the neck or MRI of the neck in 2FS and T1FS+Gd (with additional DWI in B1000 and ADC maps in some of the cases). Imaging labelling was performed followed anatomical subsites of the tumor and present of cervical lymphadenopathy,. Segmentation of the primary tumor and cervical lymph nodes was performed by the Neuroradiologist with 8-year experience with a special training in head and neck imaging (203 cases). Additionally, there were clinical features including age, sex, clinical staging, and histopathology of the tumor.

The dataset contains 241 patients aged 18 years and older who were suspected of acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours after stroke onset. All patients underwent CT of the brain, and most of them also underwent CTA studies of the brain. - The cases were classified into 2 groups and labeled as stroke with large vessel occlusion (Stroke_LVO) and no stroke (No_stroke). The stroke group contains 127 cases, and the no stroke group contains 114 cases. - Neuroradiologists reviewed all images. - All cases in the large vessel occlusion group were confirmed by cerebral angiogram. - In the Stroke_LVO group, neuroradiologist manually segmented thrombus, vascular calcification, and acute infarct area in a non-contrast CT study.
