Brain CT and CTA in acute ischemic stroke(ภาพถ่ายรังสีในโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง) (Public Sharing)

"- The dataset contains 241 patients aged 18 years and older who were suspected of acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours after stroke onset. All patients underwent CT of the brain, and most of them also underwent CTA studies of the brain. - The cases were classified into 2 groups and labeled as stroke with large vessel occlusion (Stroke_LVO) and no stroke (No_stroke). The stroke group contains 127 cases, and the no stroke group contains 114 cases. - Neuroradiologists reviewed all images. - All cases in the large vessel occlusion group were confirmed by cerebral angiogram. - In the Stroke_LVO group, neuroradiologist manually segmented thrombus, vascular calcification, and acute infarct area in a non-contrast CT study.
